TIMOTHY L. CHASE, MD, FACOG

Dr. Chase joined Glen Meade Center for Women`s Health in 1995 and he achieved full partner status in 1998. He practices both Obstetrics and Gynecology and he is accepting new patients. Dr. Chase has significant expertise in the specialized field of diagnosing and treating Urinary Incontinence issues. He and Dr. Robison founded the Glen Meade Incontinence Center (GMIC) in 2003 to help women in southeastern North Carolina regain their confidence and bring dignity back in to their lives.

Dr. Chase performed the first robotic hysterectomy and sacrocolpopexy at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, and he is Co-Director of the Glen Meade Robotic Surgery Center. Dr. Chase is also one of a select group of physicians nationwide who teaches other surgeons how to use the daVinci Robot.

Dr. Chase is married, has three children, and enjoys fishing, boating, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Chase teaches other physicians how to perform hysterectomies and sacrocolpopexies using the daVinci Robot, the most advanced surgical option for hysterectomies and sacrocolpopexies available today.
